rightsDROP allows Labels & Publishers to create full brandable & customisable Templates that are used to issue ‘DROP Forms’ to their A&R/Artists/Writers, allowing them to submit their new Releases/Assets/Works with ease from one unique, shareable webpage or mobile phone.

Once filled out, the DROP Form automatically appears in rightsHUB, where team members are able to review and then either approve (creating the new Release/Assets/Works automatically) or request a resubmission.

 

To use rightsDROP, first set up a Template - this is what your DROP Forms will use as a design foundation.

First, name your Template, add the public Title & Text and select and customise your theme.

Once done, use the Form Builder to add all of the fields you want to have on your DROP Form.

You can then drag fields, set if they are required, set default values and rename them.

 

Once set up, go to the DROP Forms area and create a new DROP Form.

Then set a Title as well as the settings for the DROP Form, including selecting the Template you want to use, after which you can see the Preview. 

 

You can then copy the URL and send the link to the people you want to fill out the form, after which they can fill out the DROP Form.

Once filled in, you can see any Submissions inside the DROP Form page and then view the Submission. If happy with the Submission, click Approve and this will then create the Release/Asset/Work in your rightsHUB account.

If amendments are needed, you can use the 'Resend' feature to request the submitter to amend the incorrect/missing data and re-submit. Once done, you can then Approve the Submission and 'Show in rightsHUB' once processed.
