Whenever you get a 'Missing Data' error, this means key information is missing that is required to deliver to the Connection Point. You can check what is missing in the Delivery tab of the Release.
Adding in/correcting the missing/incorrect data and then delivering will resolve the issue and ensure your Release can be delivered.
